20 towns approved for revaluation or reassessment in 2011

The following towns in Bergen County have been approved for either a revaluation or reassessment in 2011: Carlstadt, Demarest, Fairview, Garfield, Mahwah, Midland Park, North Arlington, Old Tappan, Tenafly, Wood-Ridge, Hackensack, Norwood, Wallington, Park Ridge, Franklin Lakes, Ho-Ho-Kus, Englewood, Emerson, Ridgefield Park and Cliffside Park.
The deadline to file appeals in these towns will be May 1, 2011
